Shopper Activation Manager - Horeca, Sports & Events Channel

The Shopper Activation Manager (Horeca, Sports & Events Channel (Away from Home)) reports to the AD Shopper Activation and be part of the Commercial Development Department.

As Shopper Activation Manager (Away from Home (AfH)), you play a key role in the development of our brands for local,  and national customers in Away from Home .You will be responsible for a selection of environments, key national customers and/or projects that are defined in our annual business plan.

The Shopper Activation Manager helps the grow of our brands at his/her channels/customers by creating & developing customer/environment activations and shopper marketing initiatives to grow incidence and/or recruit new consumers based on strong shopper & category insights to create value for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) and our customers.

The Shopper Activation Manager understands the needs of the shopper and follows-up on shopper trends within every away from home environment and at his customers. He/she will analyse shopper needs, behaviours and use these to define the right shopper marketing strategy & communication to activate at the right shoppers to influence shopping behaviour during the path to purchase and implement our ABP objectives. 

You will develop creative ideas to activate our brands at the customer(s), build a shopper marketing activation plan and initiatives, be responsible for POSM and you be will part of EMT’s, multifunctional teams to make sure our environment strategy & vision and our brand plans  are translated into perfect execution, in each outlet, while keeping every stakeholder (field sales sr manager, kam/nam’s, customers, brand managers, Channel Development leads, etc..) involved.

The Shopper Activation manager will be working closely in duo with 1 shopper marketing professional in charge of the execution of these channel & customers plans, initiatives and responsible for the development of all the POSM with the ambition to always simplify, harmonize & rationnalize our POSM approach.

Ideas, planning, concept, analyse, budget follow-up, internal & external presentations of shopper activation plans are part of the daily job in close collaboration with Field sales, Commercial development department, Commercial team, agencies and customers. He/she will show a flexible attitude to work on several cross-channel projects and on short deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clear shopper marketing strategy and initiatives for her/his AFH channels & customers and recommend the best shopper and activation opportunities focused on our ABP priorities.
  • Build & Develop Customer & Shopper activation initiatives for key channels & customers (including all relevant in shopper marketing plans & touchpoints)
  • Develop & test innovative shopper ideas/mechanics
  • Coach & Support 1 professional in charge of the execution of these channel & customers plans & initiatives and responsible for all the momentum & NPD’s POSM for Away from Home Channel

Profile

- You preferably have a master’s degree or equivalent through experience

- You have ideally experience in marketing, sales, or account management

- You have ideally experience in Away from Home Channel (Horeca, Sports, Events)

- You have the right negotiation skills

- You communicate effectively (oral and written)

- You are very good in self-management and clearly see the priorities in your job

- You are strong in planning and organization

- You are multi-tasking & can manage short deadlines

- You are efficient & results-oriented

- You welcome and stimulate change

- You are creative and flexible

- You have a good knowledge of French, Dutch and English

- You have a good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
