We’re on the lookout for a Learning & Development Consultant (internally known as a Capability Consultant) to join our awesome P&C team. This role leads delivery of our leadership development frameworks (emerging, mid, and senior level), supports our Corporate teams, and leads key learning programmes in talent, induction, inclusion, and team effectiveness training.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Building relationships with our Leaders and Corporate teams, asking questions, listening, and understanding their learning needs
- Designing and delivering learning that sticks, adapting global programmes or creating fresh, fit-for-purpose content
- Facilitating engaging in-person workshops and online training sessions for a wide range of learners
- Supporting our mentoring and coaching programmes
- Jumping into other People & Culture initiatives, around DEI, employee engagement, or change.
What we're looking for:
We’re looking for a true L&D professional, who lives and breathes learning. You’re passionate about helping people grow. With curiosity to explore new ideas, and discipline to deliver with excellence. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Deep internal L&D experience: you’ve worked inside complex corporate environments. You understand adult learning principles, and how to design programmes that shift mindset and behavioural change and are aligned to business strategy.
- Leadership development expertise: you’ve led leadership programmes or frameworks that grow capability for leaders at all levels.
- Confident facilitation skills: you’re experienced leading workshops for diverse groups, and you bring energy, credibility, and structure to each session
- Strong stakeholder partnering: you’re great at building trust and influencing others, and bringing people on the learning journey
- Bonus points: Coaching qualifications, or experience with tools such as DiSC/Insights/Gallup/360’s
