Looking for your next leadership step? Join us as a Production manager, known as a Group Leader here at CCEP and help us make magic happen every day at our Auckland Oasis site. This role is all about people, planning and performance – and we’re after someone who can lead from the front while creating a great team vibe.
Your Impact
You’ll be leading a crew of 33 legends (plus a few extras in peak season), keeping our Can and Glass lines humming. From labour planning and production schedules to minimising waste and downtime – your job is to keep things moving, safely and smoothly. You’ll work closely with our manufacturing teams and other functions to make sure we’re always improving and finding smarter ways to get things done.
Key things you’ll do:
- Support and coach your team to deliver great results
- Keep production plans on track, with minimal waste or downtime
- Work across Cans and Glass to deliver on efficiency and safety targets
- Use data to spot opportunities and drive improvements
- Ensure high standards of quality and compliance
About You
- 3+ years’ experience leading teams in FMCG or manufacturing
- Great communication skills and a collaborative style
- A focus on safety, performance and people
- Solid planning and time management skills
- Familiar with SAP and the Microsoft suite
- You see the bigger picture and know how to make things better
