At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), we are looking for an ambitious and curious graduate to join our 2-year Finance Graduate Programme.
This programme offers exposure to a dynamic, commercially driven business environment and the opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of Finance, working with stakeholders across our organisation.
You won’t just analyse the business; you’ll help shape it!
About the Programme
Over two years, you will complete four rotations (approximately 6 months each) across key areas of our Finance function, including:
- Local Finance (within our Belux team)
- Procurement
- Internal Audit
- One rotation in our Integrated Shared Services Center in Sofia, Bulgaria
This journey gives you a 360° view of Finance and how it partners with different functions and markets to drive performance, profitability and strategic decisions.

What You Will Do
- Analyse financial performance and identify key business drivers
- Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews
- Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders
- Contribute to cross-functional projects
- Present financial insights and recommendations
- Develop strong business understanding and leadership capabilities
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for graduates with strong potential, curiosity and the ambition to grow within Finance.
You might be a great fit for this programme if you:
- Hold, or be on track to complete before the programme starts in September 2026, a Master’s degreein finance or a related field, with a strong academic track record
- Have a full professional command of either Dutch orFrench, a working proficiency in the other national language, and fluency in English
- Have the legal right to work in Belgium and mobility to work within the European Union
- Enjoy analysing data and turning numbers into meaningful business insights
- Are curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate confidently and enjoy collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
- Show resilience and adaptability when facing new challenges
- Are open to international exposure, including a rotation in our Shared Services Center in Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation support provided)

Our Recruitment Process
We select high-potential talent through a structured and transparent process. Each stage explores a different dimension of potential: analytical ability, motivation, behavioural traits and business readiness.
Most steps are short and completed online, with only the final stages taking place in person.
Step 1: Application
6 March – 3 April 2026
Submit your application and academic details. We review key eligibility criteria including degree, language requirements and mobility.
Step 2: Online Assessment
Early April 2026⏱ ~30 minutes
A short online reasoning test and personality questionnaire designed to help us better understand your thinking style.
Step 3 (optional): Information Session (Online)
Mid-April 2026⏱ 45 minutes
Join a live session with Finance leaders, Talent Acquisition and a former programme participant to discover what the programme really looks like and hear first-hand experiences from someone who has been through it.
Step 4: Video Motivation Interview
Mid-April 2026⏱ ~10 minutes
Short recorded responses to a few questions about your motivation and experiences so far.
Step 5: Behavioural Interview
End of April 2026⏱ ~30 minutes
A short conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to get to know you better and learn more about your experiences and motivation for the programme.
Step 6: Team Challenge at our Brussels HQ
Early May 2026⏱ Half-day
Shortlisted candidates will join us at our office for a collaborative team challenge inspired by game-based challenges. You’ll work together with other candidates to solve a series of fun challenges and get a feel for how we collaborate at CCEP.
It’s also a great opportunity to discover our workplace and meet members of the team.
Step 7: Final Interviews at our Brussels HQ
Early May 2026⏱ ~2 hours
Final shortlisted candidates will be invited to meet several members of our Finance leadership team. During these conversations, you will discuss a short business case and exchange perspectives on the role, the business and your potential future at CCEP.
Final Step: You made it! Offer extended by the end of May 2026
Successful candidates will join the 2026 Finance Graduate cohort starting in September.
