Context
As Senior Manager Rewards, you play a pivotal role in bringing Coca-Cola Europacific Partners' reward strategy to life. Working at the intersection of business, people and performance, you translate global reward principles into impactful local programs that attract, motivate and retain talent.
As the primary Rewards partner for the Country P&C Leadership Team, you provide strategic advice on compensation, benefits, wellbeing and recognition, ensuring our reward offering remains competitive, relevant and aligned with business priorities.
Acting as the bridge between the local organization and the broader CCEP Rewards function, you represent country needs while driving consistency with the wider Rewards agenda. You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring reward programs support both an exceptional employee experience and strong business performance.
Responsibilities
Reward Strategy & Business Partnership
- Translate global reward principles into local reward programs that support business priorities and employee engagement.
- Act as the primary Rewards partner for the Country P&C Leadership Team, providing expert advice on compensation, benefits, wellbeing and recognition.
- Influence and support senior stakeholders on reward-related decisions and people strategies.
- Represent local business priorities within the broader CCEP Rewards function and drive alignment across markets and functions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, benchmarking and business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee annual salary review processes, incentive plans and job evaluation activities.
- Ensure reward programs remain competitive, compliant and aligned with external market practices.
- Monitor reward effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance employee value propositions.
- Support the development of reward policies and frameworks that enable consistency and fairness.
Projects & Transformation
- Lead and contribute to local and CCEP-wide reward initiatives and transformation programs.
- Drive the successful implementation of reward, wellbeing and recognition solutions.
- Translate complex reward topics into practical, business-focused solutions.
- Support organizational and cultural transformation through innovative reward practices.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the employee experience.
Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach and develop the Senior Rewards Analyst.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- Build reward knowledge and capability across the wider P&C community.
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality and customer-focused Rewards service.
- Promote continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across the function.
Profile
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Master's degree and/or professional Rewards qualification is considered an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits and Rewards.
- Proven experience designing, implementing and managing reward programs in a complex international environment.
- Experience operating within a matrix organization.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits, job evaluation methodologies and reward governance.
