YOUR TEAM

Solution Services team is responsible for a specific set of IT services (a sub-set of the overall IT service catalogue) and ensures that these services are delivered as specified in the formal agreements between the Business, IT and the Suppliers. Solution Services also responsible for managing the relationship with one-or-more of the Business Partners and in this capacity, and acts as the link between the Business Engagement, Solution Delivery and Service Management & Operations teams.

YOUR ROLE

Intends to provide leadership to the business in the area operation services & support, responsible to Application Support Management in Production Environment and providing IT Help desk management including Managing Data Centre, emphasis on people management and personnel skills development to ensure the team can deliver cost effective IT services to the business, provide direction and technical expertise to the greater business in-line with company standards and will ensure delivering application and information availability according agreed Service Level Agreement, ensure the availability all infrastructure of Data Centre as well as the operational service that includes application system monitoring in the Data Centre Area

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage day to day activities and work plan of Application Service Analyst (Incident, Request, Problem management, Application Enhancement Request, and bug fixing)
  • To ensure the availability, reliability both infrastructure and service of Data Centre.
  • Developing strategy to perform the routine operational procedures in Data Centre and help Desk that captures any changes on the existing tasks description, new assignment from the business solution team or any initiative that could reduce the processing time and improve work efficiency.
  • Develop strategy to improve and maintain IT Helpdesk service availability & accessibility.
  • Problem Management: Ensuring all problems are logged properly, maintain escalation procedure, check critical pending problem & follow up, provide weekly pending problems report
  • Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
  • Cost and budget management: manage cost and drive efficiencies

CAREER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education Background:

• Min. bachelor’s degree from Information Technology, System Informatics, Computer Sciences, or any related disciplines

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT.

• Experience supporting SAP.

• Experience in Problem solving or working in an ITIL environment.

• Experience supporting other ERP system such as WMS System, Distributor Management System
