ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager - Coffee, the Finance Business Partner – Coffee Supply Chain will be responsible for providing commercial support to the Head of Supply Chain along with their wider teams covering Continuous Improvement, Supply Planning and Procurement. The role drives optimised EBIT outcomes and risk mitigation across our Supply Chain base, along with contributing to Grinder’s long range plan and performing, collaborative & empowered team culture..
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Partnering with Supply Chain team to deliver Grinders business performance targets through value add analysis & insights on costs down to EBIT drivers including equipment and capital.
- Responsible for preparing and managing the performance reporting processes across Grinders Supply Chain - including month-end commentary, trading updates, reporting & insights.
- Responsible for Sales and Operational Planning process of Supply Review, providing risk-adjusted financial analysis and insights.
- Responsible for working together with the Senior Manager – Coffee to deliver balance sheet management of Supply Chain costs and provide risk and opportunity analysis across these areas.
- Manage the forecast outlook and budget conversion costs for the manufacturing site, including full P&L impact driven by actual production costs and outcomes.
- Responsible for working with the Shared Services Centre to deliver New Product costings and Annual Standard COGS.
- Responsible for planning and budgeting of Annual Standard COGS, coordinating gathering of assumptions and guidance from S&OP team, Supply Chain, Procurement Finance and Procurement.
- Coordinate the commodity hedge strategy and outcomes with the Procurement Finance team and manage the P&L impact.
- Influence key operational and strategic decisions through ad hoc analysis and projects.
- Work effectively with business leaders to uplift commercial acumen.
- Contribute to a high performing, collaborative and empowered team culture.
- Collaborate across the Grinders team to help deliver division wide initiatives and projects and provide team coverage and support when required.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of commercial management with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience ideally in an FMCG environment.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders understanding the objectives of all parties and identifying the associated risk and opportunities.
- Strong influencing capability, ability to challenge in constructive manner leveraging data insights and drives mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to drive business outcomes and change by partnering with a diverse range of business stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical thinking capability with proficient excel skills.
- Cross functional experience supporting Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial and commercial drivers as well as understanding of CCEP’s competitive environment.
- University degree in Finance, Economics or Commerce related fields required.
- Post graduate degree (CA/CFA/CPA) or working towards preferred.
- SAP / Anaplan experience; prior system experience desired but not essential.
