About the role

Step into a dynamic, field-based Territory Manager role with Grinders Coffee, where you’ll grow our presence across cafés, restaurants, grocery and convenience customers throughout your region.

Based in Fishwick ACT, you’ll own your territory like your own business, strengthening existing partnerships, winning new customers, and delivering sustainable growth for the Grinders brands through exceptional service and execution.

This role offers variety, autonomy and real commercial ownership, with approximately 2 nights of overnight travel each fortnight and the support of a collaborative, high-performing team.

• Are highly organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively

• Have an interest or passion for coffee, hospitality or café culture

To be successful, you’ll need:

• 2+ years’ experience in FMCG or territory-based sales

• Experience building and executing territory or account growth plans

• Proven ability to win new business and grow existing customer partnerships

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with confidence managing targets and equipment assets

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• A valid Australian driver’s licence

• Full working rights in Australia
