Job Purpose 
Execute the on-progress activities in Financial Accounting & Reporting to provide the Balance Sheet Reconciliation; Initiate to ensure the inventory transactions is recorded in accurate; Execute the Operations Month End Closing Process; Initiate to perform Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation of Inventory, to ensure the financial statement is provided in accurate and timely manner and prevent the possibility of fraud and deliver report of Weekly Inventory Finish Goods and Finish Goods in Transit Transactions Analysis, and comprehensive report of the Month End Closing Process. Manage and responsible for several operation align with job title as a Operation Accounting Analyst.

Key Responsibility

  • Execute financial accounting and reporting activities to provide accurate and timely Balance Sheet Reconciliations of Cash, Bank, and Petty Cash.
  • Ensure inventory transactions (materials, finished goods, spare parts, CDE, empties) are recorded accurately and comply with company policies; review unusual transactions and propose corrective actions to prevent fraud.
  • Analyze financial reports such as Weekly Inventory Losses and long outstanding Finished Goods/Material in Transit.
  • Perform month-end closing for operations, including reconciliation of Finished Goods/Material Movement (SMR) by location, preparation of journals (cash in transit, bank, EFT), and submission to the Operation Accounting Manager.
  • Review weekly cash sales reconciliation, long outstanding EFT, and salesman shortages; follow up with DC and sales offices on corrective actions.
  • Review and post petty cash journals for all operational locations.
  • Review petty cash replenishment requests to ensure accuracy and proper approval.
  • Monitor weekly cash and stock opname (including cycle counts) across all operational locations.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate and timely data in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Review and ensure all inventory expense transactions (shortage, obsolete stock, breakage, losses) are supported with proper approval documents.
  • Conduct weekly sample audits for petty cash and incidental expenses to verify document compliance and proper approvals as per Chart of Accounts (COA).


Experience required 

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in economics or Business Administration area (major in accounting)
  • Min. 1 years of working experience in Public Accountant after completing university or at least three years’ experience in a senior financial role.
  • Have a good communication skill both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Indonesia
