Role Purpose
The Commercial Insights team is the insights engine of CCEP, transforming data into actionable insights, smarter decisions, and sustainable commercial growth. Our mission is to embed a data-led culture across the business, ensuring everyone from frontline sales teams to senior leaders can access the insights they need to drive performance.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Visualisation & Insights, the Data Visualisation & Automation Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping how data is consumed, understood, and acted upon across CCEP. This role sits at the heart of our reporting and analytics capability, responsible for delivering scalable, intuitive, and impactful dashboards, reporting solutions, and automation tools that enable faster and better decision-making.
Today, the team is focused on maintaining and optimising a large Tableau reporting environment, balancing business demand with operational support. This role will create critical capacity for the team to evolve beyond reactive reporting and accelerate the shift towards proactive analytics, self-service insights, and greater business capability.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of reporting and analytics at CCEP. As the team transitions from Tableau to Power BI and supports broader data transformation and consolidation initiatives, you'll help define the next generation of reporting, visualisation, governance, and insight delivery across the organisation.
Success in this role requires a unique blend of commercial curiosity, technical expertise, and stakeholder influence. You'll partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Strategy, Technology, and Data teams to understand business challenges, design impactful solutions, and champion a culture where data is used confidently and effectively at every level.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in North Sydney or Melbourne (we're flexible on location).

You'll bring:
- Experience in data analytics, visualisation, reporting, business analysis and data modelling
- Technical capability across Tableau, Power BI, Azure and SQL
- Understanding of business problems, challenge thinking and design solutions that create value
- Experience delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence from Field Sales through to VP level
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, bringing data to life for both technical and non-technical audiences
- A curious mindset, always asking the right questions and looking for ways to improve outcomes
- A degree qualification in a relevant discipline (preferred)
