ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Commercial Learning, the Learning & Development Consultant is responsible for supporting all Commercial learning across Australia. In this role you will deliver learning aligned to stakeholder needs. You will have a continuous improvement mindset, finding ways to improve the learning experience of our commercial organisation. You will enjoy leading and participating in redesigning and reviewing induction programs, delivering learning and managing learning resources; whilst applying the 70:20:10 principle
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Agile delivery, (virtual and F2F) Australia wide, of CCEP’s local and global Commercial learning programs in key commercial capability areas (for example – Sales Induction, Selling Excellence and Negotiation)
- Project managing global learning initiatives, ensuring all materials are localised and suitable for market
- Ownership of the National Sales Learning calendar, inclusive of regular updates and socialisation
- Work with frontline teams to determine bespoke geographical or channel specific learning needs
- Evaluation of all core sales learning against an evaluation model
- L&D instructional design to develop digital learning artefacts that support ‘Just in time’ learning requirements for commercial learning
- Apply CCEP’s capability assessment framework for all frontline sales roles to help in determining learning opportunities.
- Brings external best practice and thought leadership to enhance our learning offer and learner experience
- Key user of Learning Management System (LMS)
- Record and report on all delivered Learning

- Demonstrated experience in Learning and Development in a large complex organisation
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and influence a learning culture
- Expert in facilitating learning to commercial sales teams both F2F and virtually
- Experience in evolving methodologies such as blended learning technology and digital learning
- An appropriate level of work experience including planning, developing and delivering learning programs, assessing reinforcement of learning and translation into practice
- Confident with navigating through a LMS
- Agile style of working
- Strong knowledge and experience working in Commercial Sales is an advantage
- Demonstrated facilitation capability, to diverse audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups from frontline to leader level
- Excellent attention to detail, to successfully project manage learning initiatives to timelines
- Strong Coaching skills, to various levels of stakeholders
- Instructional design experience – preferred
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – strongly preferred
- Change Management experience – strongly preferred
