The Opportunity
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a Reliability Engineer to play a key role in improving the performance, efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations. Working closely with maintenance and operational teams, you will use data, analysis and continuous improvement principles to identify recurring equipment issues, reduce downtime and enhance overall plant performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, driving preventative maintenance strategies and influencing best practice across a high-performing manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse plant failures and maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement action plans to improve equipment reliability and eliminate recurring failures
Lead and facilitate structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using CCEP's standard tools and methodologies
Coach and support maintenance teams on best practice maintenance planning, scheduling and work management processes
Develop, maintain and communicate maintenance performance reports aligned to key operational KPIs
Partner with maintenance and operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimise asset performance
Contribute to the development of long-term maintenance and reliability strategies that improve plant efficiency and reduce unplanned downtime
About You
You are an analytical and proactive engineering professional with a passion for improving equipment reliability and operational performance. You enjoy working collaboratively across maintenance and production teams and are driven by finding sustainable solutions to complex engineering challenges.
In addition, you will have:
A trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a tertiary engineering qualification viewed favourably
Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial maintenance environment
Strong experience in reliability engineering, maintenance planning or continuous improvement
Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance principles, Root Cause Analysis and reliability methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams across all levels
A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving
