About the Equipment and Service Team…


The EQS team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the warehousing, set up, delivery and service of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to Warehouse and Workshop Operations, Installation of equipment and servicing and auditing equipment in field.

About your new role… 

Reporting to a national quality assurance manager and based predominately from our Richlands site, you will be responsible for delivering a Quality Beverage to consumers through consistent testing of Beverage dispense equipment located in customer venues and for ensuring that the quality is always delivered to a consumer, which is a requirement under the CCEP Australia bottling license and forms part of a Global standard.

This exciting role requires a candidate with a passion for customer service with a high attention to detail. We are looking for a confident and friendly candidate, as this role will be customer facing on premise at Hotels, Restaurants Clubs etc. Excellent verbal as well as written communication is also a must.

As our Quality Assurance Technician, you will also be ensuring prompt and accurate data collection of quality assurance readings at customers premises to provide integrity in our Quality programs for our customers. 

Please note: Due to the customer facing nature of the role, a full and valid Driver’s licence will be required. 

A typical day would look like, but not be limited to:

  • Conducting Quality Maintenance visits on a day-to-day basis following procedures for measuring the Post-mix Beverage Quality by testing: Taste, Temperature, Carbonation, Syrup to Soda Ratio, Expansion of Frozen Beverage, Age of Syrup and Hygiene. 
  • Keeping yourself, your colleagues, our customers, and our consumers safe always
  • Providing the best possible customer service
  • Providing quality product by ensuring equipment tested is returned to critical settings at each visit
  • Adhering to standard processes and correct use of beverage measuring equipment
  • Contributing to team success
  • Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills
