ABOUT YOUR ROLE



We are seeking an experienced and collaborative IT Business Partner to join our team at a very exciting time in the evolution of our business, and be part of an ongoing project to localise global systems. This role is accountable for everything that CCEP BPT does in, and with the Corporate Functions. This role is the face of CCEP BPT to the Finance P&C, Legal, Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability business functions. This is a great opportunity to leverage your business partnering skills and experience in a fast-moving global business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of BPT in the Business Function and report and communicate the status clearly to senior Business Function Management. Drive standardisation of business processes, platforms and data architecture for Enabling Functions to realize synergies and increase overall agility of CCEP BPT.
  • Act as the “trusted advisor” for the Function leadership teams.
  • Establish symbiotic relationship with Enabling Functions BPT Business partners globally to facilitate ongoing dialog to ensure visibility of available services across the AU BU and consistency with functional roadmap.
  • Accountable for defining and maintaining the strategy and BU BPT roadmap and ensure it is aligned to CCEP’s overall BPT strategy.  Ensure value and synergies are clearly understood and articulated, as well as any interim states as we progress towards our 2030 + vision.

  • Enable effective communication and collaboration between global BPT, global business and local business function stakeholders to understand business functions strategies and demand, identify areas for improvement, conduct business planning and present opportunities for new services.
  • Provide applicable advice to the business about new technologies and digitization and will drive the business’ understanding of technology and the possible leverage of it, within the business function – including AI.
  • Align the business process architecture with BPT capabilities and manage change in this area.   Ensure the work is delivered in line with the BPT Way with robust governance routines in place.

  • A global mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Transformation expertise, particularly in S/4HANA, Central Finance, and integrated shared services models.
  • Deep SAP knowledge, preferably in Finance (Order to Cash, Customer to Cash, Source to Pay,  Record to Report, New Product Introduction) anda track record of delivering enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Industry experience in FMCG, Manufacturing or a similar operationally intensive sector or consultancy.
  • Proven accountability for end-to-end outcomes in a global context, demonstrating ownership and results in challenging environments.
  • Exceptional influencing and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and achieve the right outcomes for the wider organisation.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, connecting the dots across business processes and functions to deliver holistic, integrated solutions.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and how to leverage them to drive efficiency and innovation.
