Job Purpose

We are now looking for Data and Insights Analyst to join our Supply Chain Reporting Team. The role provides insightful, accurate and timely performance reporting and analysis to stakeholders within CCEP. The role sits alongside reporting teams for CCEP’s Business Units and offers an opportunity to work within a high-performing team focused on delivering timely and quality standard management and operations reporting, ad-hoc analysis and design of new reports. 
The activities of the Data and Insight Service (DIS) are aimed to support the decision making process of the Supply Chain Organization, to ultimately accelerate business performance for CCEP.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills and professional curiosity with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive efficiency/continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

•    Analyze existing data systems, processes, and data flows to identify improvement opportunities and inform the design of new data assets.

•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for data assets.

•    Conduct gap analyses between current data capabilities and future needs.

•    Document current state architecture and contribute to future state planning in alignment with data lake strategies.

•    Map business requirements to data structures in SAP and Salesforce, supporting the creation of curated data assets in a data lake

•    Facilitate stakeholder alignment and readiness for changes in data structures, processes, and governance.

•    Act as a key contributor in change management efforts by providing data-driven insights and impact assessments.

•    Serve as a bridge between business units, data engineering, and analytics teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented effectively. Lead workshops and interviews to elicit detailed data requirements and use cases.

•    Collaborate with data engineers to define and execute test cases for newly built or modified data assets.

•    Perform validation of data transformations, business rules, and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

•    Coordinate and support UAT activities with business users, ensuring test scenarios align with business requirements.

•    Document and track issues identified during UAT, working with technical teams to resolve them promptly.

•    Analyze and troubleshoot data issues uncovered during testing phases.

•    Maintain detailed records of test plans, test results, and sign-off documentation to support audit and compliance needs

•    Agile Ambassador: Truly embrace agile ways of working, collaborate with the wider DIS team and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement 

Key Stakeholders

•    Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Commercial teams in CCEP (Strategy and Insights, Operational Excellence, Data and Analytics)

•    Other – IT, Master Data, Accounting, Data Lakes/Data Warehouse support teams, Data Architect teams


Experience preferred 

•    3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably within environments involving data lakes or large-scale data platforms

•    Hands-on experience with data validation, testing, and UAT coordination in collaboration with business users

•    Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar

•    Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks

•    Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

•    Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce, including data extraction, analysis, and integration into reporting or analytics workflows

•    Hands-on experience in collaborating with system owners to understand data sources, definitions, and usage within SAP and Salesforce environments


Qualifications required

Degree level education in Business Studies, Data Analytics, Finance or Information Systems


Functional technical skills required

•    MS Office Suite Skills, with focus on Excel (including pivot tables, charts etc.), PowerPoint – Advanced

•    BI tools – SQL, Python, Power BI, MS Data Factory, Azure, Data bricks (will be considered an advantage)

•    ERP experience, preferably SAP – Intermediate

•    Understanding of financial systems & processes – Basic/Intermediate
