Director, Operational Excellence Lead
Are you ready to lead transformational change across a dynamic, multinational supply chain? At CCEP, we’re looking for a visionary Operational Excellence Lead to drive strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement across our European and APS operations.
What You’ll Do
As our OE Lead, you’ll:
• Define and implement a unified Operational Excellence strategy across CCEP.
• Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) deployment and Asset Care initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and capability building.
• Align central and local OE efforts, driving governance and performance.
• Champion benchmarking, best practice sharing, and compliance.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team of 13–18 direct reports.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate with:
• Internal stakeholders: CSSC VPs, BU OE teams, Operations Leads, EQS Leads, CoEs, and L&D.
• External partners: TCCC and other strategic collaborators.
What You Bring
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Operations (Manufacturing/Logistics).
• 5+ years in Operational Excellence roles.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain (Master’s or certifications a plus).
• TPM model knowledge and solid experience in TPM implementation in multinational companies
• Expertise in project management, and strategic thinking.
• Strong leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
