Job Purpose

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Training Services, developing training materials and adjusting them to specific country needs if needed, scheduling and delivering course sessions and keeping track of training completion. 

Key Responsibilities 

Training & Sales Materials Development 

  • Develop training materials and adapt them to specific countries’ needs  
  • Coordinate external agencies to create digital and physical training assets and sales materials 
  • Localise training materials according to country’s needs, language and peculiarities and publish to commercial teams 

Training Execution 

  • Schedule training session based on provided planning 
  • Support new joiners onboarding process virtually, providing materials and participating in virtual sessions 
  • Lead and perform virtual training sessions 
  • Lead and perform core sales virtual training sessions 
  • Track training measure completion 
  • Manage centralized training repository 


Experience required
