We are now looking for a Commercial Senior Analyst to join our Data Insights Services Team. The role provides insightful, accurate and timely operational and performance reporting, and analysis to stakeholders within the Central teams and Business Units. The role offers an opportunity to work within a high-performing team focused on delivering timely and quality standard reporting, ad-hoc analysis and design of new reports.
The Data Insights Services Teams' activities are aimed at supporting the decision-making process of the commercial and supply chain business units, to accelerate business performance for CCEP. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively and drive efficiency/continuous improvement. Curiosity about data and BI tools is essential, as well as strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop/prepare, maintain and distribute standard reports using tools and querying languages such as Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Excel, SAP Analysis for Office, Power Query, based on requests coming from stakeholders, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Answer business questions that require complex data processing or linking multiple reports/data assets.
- Leads and executes development projects, reporting applications changes and upgrades.
- Support processes for the respective BU/Function regarding month-end closing, forecast, budget, weekly and daily reporting (where applicable).
- Provide insights and proposals on process and reporting improvement, standardization and simplification within his/her area of expertise.
- Provide regular feedback on the performance and reliability of Data platforms/Reporting systems as a basis for ensuring the quality and accuracy of data.
- Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Work in Agile environment which is characterized by flexibility, collaboration, iterative progress, and swift response to changes.
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of reporting activities and help with resolving any reporting and data issues.
- Guide, support and coach more junior team members.
Relationships
Build strong relationships with:
- Key stakeholders and partners from the respective business unit
- Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance teams in CCEP
- Other – IT, Master Data, Accounting, Data platform/Data Warehouse support teams, Data Architect teams.
Experience preferred
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a dynamic environment like a multinational organization or a Shared Services Centre.
- Understanding of the main processes in a multinational organization (experience in financial or sales and distribution or logistics and production process will be considered an advantage).
- Reporting and analysis experience with focus on data as an asset.
- Good understanding of the performance management KPI reporting process.
Functional and technical skills required
- Proficiency in Power BI (or experience with another BI tool) and Excel is required.
- Experience with tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Databricks, Microsoft’s Azure ecosystem, SAP Analysis for Office is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience with languages (for data analysis) such as Python or R is considered an advantage.
- SAP, Salesforce (or another CRM tool) knowledge is considered an advantage.
- MS Office Suite - Advanced.
- Ability to explore complex ETLs and data assets, and perform custom data transformations.
- Ability to design a dashboard and explore complex datasets.
- Ability to digest, understand and present complex data topics in a non-technical language to key stakeholders.
- Previous experience and understanding in Commercial in FMCG is considered a significant advantage.
- Previous experience in Agile ways of working is considered an advantage.
Education & Qualifications required
Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems
