Sr Assistant, CIM Support & CMA BNL

Job Purpose
• The ISS Snr Assistant CIM Support & CMA will play a lead role in the CIM project roll-out in BNL, and use system is well adopted, stable and operations run smoothly for CMA Trade terms & Short term promos. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering CMA service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the CMA service level and effectiveness expected throughout.
Key Responsibilities
• To ensure a smooth transition to CIM, including UAT testing, Go-live support and stabilization of operations.
• Timely entry of all Trate Term agreements in CIM, as per alignment with commercial plans
• Timely entry of all instructions processed in CIM into Vistex, ensuring the accuracy of the provided information.
• Ongoing monitoring of customers, deals, and hierarchies to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Support BPT, ISS, Project team and the BU with any system bugs or developments, issues resolution as and when required
• Regularly communicate to Sales & Finance the deadlines and status updates for submissions, authorisations
• To establish a program of regular process review, working with process owners to make improvements to processes and amend documentation accordingly.
• To take part in the team’s reporting responsibilities, systems’ reconciliation and technical defect resolution
• To provide a high standard of service to both internal and external customer

• Internal: CMA and Shared Services; Order to Cash and Data Management Function, BU Finance teams, BU Commercial teams
• External: N/A
Experience required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment with a good business acumen and good excel spreadsheet skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP systems highly desirable
• Attention to details
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial
