We are now looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Sweden.
About the role
As Demand Planning Manger for CCEP Sweden, you will lead the Demand Planning team and own the development of an accurate 18-month sales forecast by product and customer. Working closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and other stakeholders, you will translate statistical input, market insight, customer plans and business assumptions into a clear demand view that supports strong decision-making, risk management and operational execution. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, analytics and commercial impact in a role that sits at the heart of our Swedish Supply Chain and commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Demand Planning process, team and stakeholder engagement to build an accurate 18-month forecast and secure consensus through weekly and monthly Demand Reviews with CCEP Sweden’s Leadership Team
- Drive strong collaboration between Supply Chain and Commercial to identify and mitigate risks, capture opportunities and support balanced decision-making for the Swedish market.
- Analyze and communicate forecast performance versus actual sales across local and central stakeholders, translating deviations into clear insights, and actions to continuously improve performance
- Be an active member of Sweden’s Supply Chain Leadership Team, contributing to strategic priorities, cross-functional decisions and the continuous development of the Supply Chain agenda.
- Represent Demand Planning in the Sales & Operations Planning process and relevant cross-functional projects and forums, ensuring demand insights are clearly reflected in business planning and decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Academic degree or equivalent experience, preferably within Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach, engage and develop a team while driving accountability and performance.
- Strong experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP or integrated business planning, ideally within FMCG or another fast-paced commercial environment.
- Solid understanding of how commercial plans, customer activity, portfolio changes and market assumptions translate into demand forecast.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience explaining forecast performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and turning insight into clear actions.
- Confident user of Excel and reporting tools; experience with SAP IBP and Power BI is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly across local and central stakeholders at all levels.
