About the Opportunity 


As we accelerate our omnichannel growth agenda, we're investing in a Design team that doesn't just create assets, it shapes experiences, influences shopper behaviour and delivers commercial impact.


As a Graphic Designer, you'll help bring this ambition to life. This is a permanent full-time role based in our North Sydney head office.


You'll create impactful work seen by millions of consumers and Australia's largest retail customers, from retail media campaigns and eCommerce content to shopper activations, events, presentations and in-store experiences.


Sitting at the intersection of creativity and commerce, you'll translate strategic briefs into compelling visual solutions that capture attention, influence behaviour and drive results.

Working across Brand, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, Digital Commerce and Commercial teams, you'll help us:

  • Create standout work that turns heads and drives action.
  • Bring integrated omnichannel campaigns to life.
  • Transform complex ideas into simple, compelling visual stories.
  • Elevate how our brands show up across every shopper touchpoint.
  • Experiment with new tools, technologies and creative approaches.
  • Build experiences that strengthen brands, customers and commercial performance.

What You’ll Be Doing


Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you'll develop high-quality creative assets across print, digital, video and experiential channels, supporting some of Australia's most recognised brands.


You'll work across a diverse portfolio of projects including:

  • Point-of-sale and in-store activations.
  • Retail media and eCommerce creative.
  • Digital content and social assets.
  • Customer presentations and sell-in materials.
  • Events, experiential campaigns and branded environments.
  • Motion graphics, video content and visual storytelling.

Key stakeholders 

  • Internal: Customer and Channel Marketing Managers, AH Sales and Field Teams, Shopper Marketing Team, Category and Insights Team, Brand Partners 
  • External: Design and Creative Agencies, Production Suppliers, Printers and Fabricators, Content Production Partners, The Coca-Cola Company, Customer Marketing Teams 

About You


You're a creative thinker with a strong eye for design and a passion for bringing ideas to life.


You combine creativity with commercial awareness, understanding how great design can influence shopper behaviour, strengthen brands and deliver business outcomes. You're equally comfortable developing a concept from scratch, refining an existing brand asset or adapting creative across multiple channels.


You'll bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in graphic design, creative services or a similar role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work (feel free to include your portfolio as part of your application)
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and design principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • A highly organised approach and exceptional attention to detail
