About your new role…
We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy Channel Activation Manager to lead the development and execution of activation strategies across our Away From Home (AFH) segment (all non-retail venues where customers consume our beverages, such as entertainment and sport venues or workplaces). This role is all about turning strategy into action—bridging brand and commercial intent with operational delivery to create campaigns that resonate with customers and drive results.

You’ll be part of our Commercial Strategy and Development team, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our activations are insight-led, scalable, and executed with precision across diverse customer environments.

This role is offered on a 13-month, fixed-term contract basis.

What will you be doing?

  • Translating brand and commercial strategies into tailored activation plans for AFH channels.
  • Leading end-to-end campaign delivery—from briefing and creative development to execution and post-campaign ROI analysis.
  • Building customer-specific activation plans using data, media strategies, and joint business planning frameworks.
  • Managing Direct Marketing Expenditure (DME) budgets, supplier negotiations, and production timelines.
  • Collaborating with Go-To-Market, sales, category, and e-commerce teams to align activation with commercial goals and shopper environments.

Let’s talk about you…

  • 5 years’ experience in FMCG shopper, trade, or brand marketing roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven project management capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering large-scale campaigns and navigating retailer dynamics.
  • Proficiency with ROI analysis tools (e.g. Tableau) and understanding of omni-channel and e-commerce environments.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and agility in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
