ABOUT YOUR ROLE

A Revenue & Margin Growth Manager at CCEP is focused on the delivery of our long-range plan (LRP) as well as our in-year optimisation and is responsible for the price, promotional and program guidance to deliver it. This role supports the At Home Channel, covering Supermarkets, Discounters and Ecommerce in Australia.

Delivering our LRP will be achieved by enabling our people to make better data and insight informed pricing, promotional and investment decisions as well as empowering our people with clarity around our future direction, confidence in approach and fit for purpose tools.

This role requires strong planning, agile thinking, great communication and attention to detail as you navigate through formulating program optimisation recommendations and engaging stakeholders to deliver them. Performance reporting, good management routines and ROI evaluations will be important inputs.

Success in this role will be defined by organisational adoption of plans as much as content creation so it is essential that the individual in this role is a great communicator, collaborator, and stakeholder manager. Simplified process, strong governance and deep Channel alignment will be at the core of organisational adoption.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

FUTURE SHAPING

  • Plan price and promotional moves over a 3-year horizon
  • R&MGM guiding principles and Playbook for the Channel
  • Promotional guidance modelling and recommendations
  • Participate as an R&MGM SME on Sprint projects

IN YEAR OPTIMISATION

  • Owner of R&MGM value chains
  • Investment and spend efficiency modelling
  • Promotional Calendar review and optimisation modelling
  • Promotional and Pricing ROI
  • Constraint based modelling and optimisation.
  • New product pricing and promotional guidance recommendations
  • Competitor performance insights

PROCESS AND GOVERNANCE

  • Program compliance reporting
  • Performance scorecards
  • Support tracking and reporting on Strategic Initiatives
  • Strategy lead supporting the Commercial Partnerships team
  • SoX compliance reporting support
  • Author initiative decks

LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Build capability and technical understanding of stakeholders
  • Seek out opportunities to engage with and add value to the broader business
  • Be intentional about creating opportunities to connect with others across the business
  • Build a personal development plan with specific learning outcomes

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!

  • R&MGM management or analyst experience within FMCG / CPG
  • Financial acumen and business reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinker and strong problem solver
  • Agile communicator
  • Strong people influencer
  • Great personal impact
  • Tertiary qualifications in a commercial discipline
  • Experience in Tableau / SAP / PowerBI highly regarded
