The opportunity
This is a high-impact, Chief of Staff-style role within CCEP’s in-house Strategy & Consulting team, part of the Commercial Excellence Office.
It is offered on a permanent full-time basis and located at our head office in North Sydney.
You will operate at the heart of the Commercial leadership team, partnering closely with senior executives to shape strategy, drive planning rhythm, and elevate decision-making.
This role is about partnering with leadership to shape the narrative, manage board reporting and APS scorecards, and enable focus on the priorities that drive growth.
Your responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior Commercial leaders
Own and elevate executive-level storytelling; CEO and MD presentations, board materials, sales conferences, second circle, and roadshows
Translate data, insights, and strategy into clear, compelling narratives for leadership forums
Lead the rhythm of the business (reporting, scorecards, APS, performance tracking), ensuring a strong narrative sits behind the numbers
Support Australian and European LT engagements and key moments, crafting aligned messaging and strategic positioning
Identify priorities, manage trade-offs, and ensure focus on highest-impact initiatives
Operate as a “force multiplier” for leadership, reducing time spent on operational tasks and enabling greater focus on strategic growth
Step into “project sprints” when needed to drive pace, alignment and outcomes, focusing on solving complex challenges across categories, inorganic growth, and AI opportunities
About you
5 to 10 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate roles with exposure to Partners or C-suite stakeholders
Prior reporting experience, including board-level, APS scorecards and executive materials
Strong storytelling and communication skills; able to simplify complexity into clear, actionable messages
Highly commercial and strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate with credibility at executive level
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, pace, and evolving priorities
Strong planning, structuring, and problem-solving capability
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and data interpretation
Experience in Big 4 or MBB environments highly regarded, but not essential
