Sr. Assistant, Credit management

The Senior Assistant, Credit Management is part of the Credit Management team in the Bulgaria based Shared Service Centre (SSC) of CCEP. This rolewill be responsible for managing customer credit to facilitate further product orders whilst balancing credit risk. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering CTC service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement. The purpose is to continuously enhance the CTC service level, efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Contributions

  • Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc);
  • Ensures that CCEP policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.);
  • Reviews and approves (or escalates) credit limit recommendations;
  • Escalates key account, sensitive or complex issues to relevant management level for resolution;
  • Supplies advice on Credit Management and Order referral processes where required;
  • Provides support to other team members where required;
  • Works to ensure the achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Partnership Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction surveys;
  • Ensures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements;
  • As requested, undertakes activities not specifically outlined above

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting).
  • Fluent written and verbal skills (conversational and business communications) in English.
  • Any of the following languages is considered an advantage – French; Dutch; Norwegian; Swedish
  • Qualification in LEAN Six Sigma is considered an advantage.
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Package
  • ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
  • Excel  - intermediate/advanced level
