What you become part of:

Join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), one of the world's largest consumer goods businesses and the world's largest independent Coca-Cola bottler, producing and distributing some of the world's most recognised brands.

Based in Morpeth, our site is unique within CCEP GB as the home of GLACÉAU Smartwater, manufacturing still and sparkling water for customers across Great Britain. While we're one of our smaller manufacturing sites, we play a significant role in the business and offer the close-knit feel of a local team, backed by the opportunities and investment of a global organisation.

Morpeth has a strong track record of success, innovation and sustainability. The site was the first in GB to manufacture bottles using 100% recycled PET (rPET), has achieved more than a decade of zero waste to landfill, and recently celebrated 15 years without a lost time incident. It's a place where safety, continuous improvement and teamwork genuinely matter.

Whether you're already working in manufacturing or looking to build a new career, we'll provide the training, support and development to help you succeed. Many colleagues have used their experience here as a springboard into broader opportunities across our manufacturing, engineering and operational teams in GB and across Europe.

If you've got the attitude and willingness to learn, and we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What to expect:

As an Operator Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our production operation running safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll receive full training and become part of a supportive team where no two days are quite the same.

Working within our 24-hour manufacturing operation, you'll follow a rotating days and nights shift pattern. We're also open to discussing job share arrangements where operationally possible.

In this hands-on role, you'll:

  • Operate and monitor highly automated filling, packing and palletising equipment
  • Prepare, order and apply raw materials used throughout the production process
  • Carry out basic machine fault finding and first-line problem solving
  • Perform quality checks through product inspections and online measurements
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards across your area
  • Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and reduce waste
  • Work closely with colleagues across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Health, Environment and Sustainability

You'll be trusted to take ownership of your area, contribute ideas for improvement and play an active part in driving site performance.

Skills and essentials:

We're looking for practical, motivated people who enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in doing a job well.

You don't need previous manufacturing experience to apply. What's most important is your mindset, willingness to learn and commitment to working safely.

You'll be someone who:

  • Enjoys hands-on, practical work
  • Is keen to learn new skills and develop technically
  • Works well with others and communicates effectively
  • Takes ownership and shows initiative
  • Has a strong attention to detail
  • Can follow processes and operating standards consistently
  • Remains organised and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems

In return, you'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing development and the opportunity to build a long-term career with one of the world's leading FMCG businesses.
