Mental Health First Aiders

CCEP has a wide network of trainer Mental Health First Aiders to provide support and assistance in connecting you with more comprehensive support services.

CancerAid Coaching (12 weeks) and Carer’s (6 weeks) Programs

These programs are available to help people take back control of their cancer care and improve their clinical outcomes, and provide carers the support, information and skills to best look after a loved one living with cancer. The programs include access to a Professional Health Coach, coaching calls, weekly modules and access to the CancerAid app.


CCEP Care provides expert advice, support and guidance to overcome financial, housing, relationship, mental health and employment related hurdles which may be impacting you or a direct household member.

Support at CCEP


Australian Retirement Trust is our default superannuation provider. We provide a statutory % of eligible remuneration up to the maximum super contributions base. And you can add your own contribution if you wish too.

Life and Disability Insurance

Australian Retirement Trust provides eligible members with insurance cover when you join. Insurance can give you peace of mind, as it provides financial support to protect what’s important to you.

Income protection: 75% of salary for up to two years if you’re unable to work due to illness or injury.

Total and permanent disability or death: lump sum payment if you’re unlikely to work ever again due to illness or injury. Amount payable is linked to your salary and age and is calculated as follows: 16% x salary x years of future membership (up to age 60).

Carers’ Support Portal

Through our partnership with "Circle In" we have created a Parents & Carers Portal, for our people with parental and caregiving responsibilities, with tools and resources to support navigating their unique experiences. The portal includes information for parents, carers and leaders, including checklists, master classes and stories from our community as well as other resources to support working parents at points of their journey.

The Coca-Cola Australia Foundation (CCAF)

The CCAF is a joint philanthropic initiative of CCEP and CCSP and distributes $1.1 million annually to Australian charities. The mission of the CCAF is to create possibilities for a brighter, more sustainable future for Australians today and generations to come. The CCAF provides an opportunity for employees to support local charities in the communities where they live and work that they care about by endorsing an application for a grant of up to $25,000 through the annual Employee Connected Grant round.

Annual Bonus Plan (ABP)

Our Annual Bonus Plan (ABP) is for eligible permanent full-time and part-time colleagues. The plan is there to offer you an incentive to help us collectively achieve our financial goals. It also allows us to reward and recognise high performers who individually contribute to our growth.

Sales Incentive Plan

The Sales Incentive Plan rewards achievement of our key financial targets and the individual performance for eligible colleagues in our sales teams. The scheme operates on an annual basis based on quarterly financial targets, and an annual individual performance component.

Employee Share Purchase Program (ESPP)

Our ESPP recognises your contribution to the business and gives you the chance to own part of our unique company. When you join the ESPP, you will choose the amount you wish to contribute each month, and this will be deducted from your post tax pay. Every quarter these contributions will be used to buy CCEP shares on your behalf. In recognition of your investment, for every share you buy and keep for 12 months, we will give you a matching share for free!

Flexibility and Leave

Purchase Leave Program

The Purchase Leave Program means you have the opportunity to purchase up to three weeks’ extra leave over an agreed period each year. That’s on top of your annual leave entitlement.

Parental Leave

In addition to your statutory parental leave entitlements, including 18 weeks government paid parental leave, we provide:

12 weeks paid primary caregiver leave. This 12-week consecutive block of leave can be taken at any time within the first 52 weeks of the child’s birth or adoption.

Two weeks paid secondary caregiver leave. This can be taken within the first 12 months of the child’s birth or adoption.

Hybrid Working

Our approach to combining working in the office and working remotely opens up opportunities for our corporate workforce who may wish for more flexible working arrangements.

Time Off

In accordance with legislation, we provide annual leave, long service leave, personal/sick leave, bereavement leave and parental leave entitlements.
