We invest heavily in our people. A career in Sales at CCEP means you get ongoing support, award-winning training and skill-building programs, and regular one-on-one coaching from proven leaders.

We have developed bespoke tools and technology that helps us better serve our customers. We’re here to build brands, because if our customers grow, we grow!

Territory Sales Manager

A common entry role in our business is a Territory Sales Manager, located in nearly every town and city in NZ. The role of a Territory Sales Manager is varied and dynamic, and no two days are the same. You’ll help businesses better serve their customers by delivering solutions to customer challenges, such as ensuring that our product is well-stocked by providing new fridges which display the product well, or helping a bar owner create a cocktail menu featuring one of our new brands to drive sales.

Our Territory Sales Managers are perfectly positioned to launch into more senior Sales roles in our organisation.

Our Field Sales staff receive:
  • Company Car and Fuel Card
  • iPad and iPhone
  • Industry leading training and development
  • $650 annual product allowance
  • 8% Kiwisaver/Superannuation
  • 12-15% Quarterly Sales Incentive Bonus
  • Access to our Employee Share Program
  • Life, Income, and Terminal Illness Insurance
  • Group discounts for Medical Insurance

The role of our Merchandisers is to ensure our incredible products are presented in coolers and on displays in such a way that consumers are attracted to buy them.

These roles travel between a number of supermarkets during a shift, replenishing shelves and building displays. These roles are often part-time and hugely flexible, so they suit a variety of people including students, parents, or anyone looking to stay fit! They do require a reasonable level of fitness and you are required to have your own vehicle to travel between stores.
