Our everyone’s welcome philosophy is clear that all people at CCEP can be themselves, be valued and belong – at every stage of their career. The symptoms of menopause can have a huge effect on a woman’s comfort and performance when working. Therefore imperative to ensure CCEP provides an inclusive and supportive working environment in the office, in the field, in manufacturing plants and while working from home for women experiencing the menopause.
Here at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, we are committed to supporting colleagues through the menopause. We’ve signed the Menopause workplace pledge and we’re pleased to launch our new Menopause policy offering guidance and support to colleagues and line managers.
