The Opportunity
As a Logistics Manager - Neverfail, you’ll lead a high-performing delivery team to ensure our products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time—every time.
This is a fast-paced leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll balance people leadership, route optimisation, safety, and customer service, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding results.

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, based out of Heatherton Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Performance
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Drivers, contractors, and distributors
Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to KPI delivery
Support recruitment, talent development, and succession planning
Planning & Strategy
Develop and execute territory plans aligned with business growth objectives
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive operational improvements
Collaborate with Sales, Production, Finance, and Customer Service teams
Commercial & Growth Focus
Use customer insights to uncover opportunities and grow sales across your territory
Stay close to market trends to identify risks and drive growth
Leverage available programs to deliver against volume and performance targets
Take ownership of results, adapting plans to keep performance on track
Reporting & Accountability
Track and report on performance metrics, including safety, service, and financial targets
Identify risks and implement corrective actions where required
Maintain strong operational discipline and data accuracy
