About your new role…

The Health & Safety Business Partner role partners with our Supply Chain Teams, offering expert recommendations and solutions for the business on Health & Safety gained through comprehensive analysis, best practice research and external benchmarking in partnership with the Health & Safety CoE. This role partners with relevant Australian Supply Chain Team members and designs. leads and supports significant programs of work within the Australian Business in support of our goal of zero life changing injuries.

The role will impact business outcomes through understanding the needs of the business and tailoring their solutions for maximum benefit. The role also works as a mentor and coach to other Health & Safety Business Partners across Australia to support local teams with the delivery of their safety priorities.

What will you be doing?

  • Coach leaders in the implementation of the Health & Safety frameworks, tools, processes and reporting, ensuring best practice, effective implementation, change management and proper governance into the business areas you support.
  • Embed revised policies, procedures and frameworks to ensure Health & Safety services and solutions support business and people outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives with CCEP supply chain stakeholders to plan for, respond to and solve critical safety issues and incidents as they occur.
  • Coach, educate and influence our leaders to reframe their role to one of Safety Mentor and Safety Enabler through increased capability, engagement and proactivity.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships across CCEP teams, anticipating stakeholder needs upstream and downstream, providing effective communication, insight and proactive escalation on issues or incidents.
  • Establish structured routines and rhythms to monitor and report on Health & Safety programs and initiatives progress.  Influence key stakeholders to embed these routines.
  • Seek out industry best practice within areas of expertise to help raise capability within the team and leverage new thinking into the Health & Safety programs of work in partnership with the Health & Safety Leadership Partners and Head of Health & Safety.

Let’s talk about you…

  • Prior experience in a Health & Safety Business Partner role.
  • Experience of diagnosing, analysing and formulating Health & Safety solutions.
  • Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of area of expertise within health and safety, a specific certificate/qualification in specialist area helpful in some instances.
  • Experience of diagnosing, analysing and formulating HS&W solution needs.
  • Reporting and Insights management, with ability to turn data into information into action.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Exposure to 1+ HS&W disciplines.
