Pride @ CCEP Australia

Everyone’s welcome. Different ideas and perspectives only make us stronger. We’re refreshing the way we work to be a more inclusive, flexible and diverse company. That means representing our society and creating an environment where you truly belong. In recognition of our LGBTQ+ inclusion efforts in the past year and to accelerate our work further, we are proud to announce CCEP is now a Pride in Diversity member.

Pride in Diversity is Australia’s first and only national not-for-profit employer support program for all aspects of LGBTQ workplace inclusion. A social inclusion initiative of ACON, Pride in Diversity are specialists in HR, organisational change and workplace diversity dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of LGBTQ people by reducing exclusion, invisibility, homophobia, and stigma in the workplace. Through our membership we will have access to training and consulting services including LGBTQ awareness, ally training, policy review and strategy for inclusion. This is an exciting milestone for CCEP and Pride@CCEP.

Our Awards & Accreditations

ARF Best Places to Work 2023

CCEP Australia has been recognised as one of the country's best employers in the consumer goods and manufacturing category.

Cultivating an environment where our people can grow and thrive both personally and professionally is a key priority for us at CCEP Australia, and today, we're honoured to be recognised as one of Australia’s Best Places to Work for 2023!

The prestigious annual list, published by The Australian Financial Review and Boss Magazine, is based on a rigorous assessment process managed by Australia’s leading behavioural science consultancy, Inventium.

CCEP has been named among the top performers in the Manufacturing & Consumer Goods category, from over 700 nominated organisations across Australia and New Zealand, largely in recognition of our approach to health and wellbeing.

This is an outstanding achievement that's testament to the contribution of each and every one of our 3,500+ employees who bring their best selves to work, day-in and day-out, and who, together, make CCEP a great place to work.

Mental Health First Aid Australia

We achieved Gold Accreditation from Mental Health First Aid Australia for being a Mental Health First Aid Skilled Workplace. We were the only FMCG company in Australia with MHFA Accreditation when we were awarded.

The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Skilled Workplace Program recognises workplaces for their commitment to Mental Health First Aid training. It celebrates organisations across Australia who not only invest in developing mental health first aid skills in their people, but also show a strong commitment to embedding the program into their organisation’s culture; through actions like senior leadership support, relevant policies, supporting Mental Health First Aid Officers and continuous improvement.

Supply Chain Long Service Award

During July & August, CCEP held the 2023 Supply Chain Long Service Awards to honour loyalty and long service to the company. The awards acknowledge and celebrate employees across all backgrounds and departments across supply chain who have worked for the business from 5 to 40+ years.

The ceremonies took place in NSW, QLD, SA, VIC & WA, and recognised employees in 5-year increments of service and celebrated over 2,175 years of collective service this year.

This year, the longest serving team member celebrated 40 years with CCEP.

There were also a number of honourees celebrating 30+ years. A testament to our amazing culture.

Our Employees

Mackinley Scott, Project Engineer

"I joined CCEP Moorabbin as a Project Engineer in December 2022. I found the application process very straight forward and reassuring. Throughout each stage the expectations and outcomes were clearly communicated to me.

Since joining CCEP I have been working on a large capital project which has been challenging although rewarding. I have learnt a lot about project management, contractor management and how to coordinate resources to complete tasks. I have also been able to apply and advance my technical skills that I acquired at university. What I am currently enjoying the most is utilising my problem-solving skills when designing solutions with vendors.

The CCEP team have been super welcoming and are always happy to teach and support me. I truly feel that my career has been jump started with the project opportunities available to me. I also feel fortunate that I will continue to develop and learn from my colleague’s. I look forward to being on site every day because CCEP provides a great working environment which prioritises wellbeing and team orientation."
