Build your career where innovation
meets inclusion
When it comes to Customer Service and Supply Chain (CSSC) at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), think efficiency. Innovation. Problem-solving. And the women who make it great. Typically, roles in Manufacturing can be fairly male-dominated – particularly at senior levels. Maybe this is due to the misconception that roles are physically demanding and require hours of hard labour. Maybe it’s because the industry doesn’t alert women to the opportunities available. At CCEP, we’re setting out to change all of this. We launched initiatives like the ‘Women’s Listening Circles’ to support the recruitment and retention of women in supply chain roles. These circles provide a platform for women to share their experiences and ideas in a trusted environment, helping to create action plans focused on hiring, development, safety, and workplace culture.

Our People
Where science and magic meet is where you’ll find Ciara Crisanti.
As Syrup Room Integrated Planner at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ Northmead site, Ciara leads a team which helps to bring the drinks you love to life.
In the Northmead Syrup Room, a single 'batch' can produce more than 300,000 cans. With around 12 batches a day, Ciara and her team are powering 6 production lines that are proudly made in Australia.
Ciara’s passion for manufacturing sparked during her time in CCEP’s Supply Chain Graduate Program, where she rotated through different areas and found her calling in production.
Being part of a product made right here in Australia means supporting Australian jobs and delivering quality through homegrown expertise. For Ciara, it’s also personal, whether she’s cheering on the Sydney Kings with a Coke in hand or reminiscing about chasing a Fuze Mango Iced Tea across campus during her uni days.
She’s proud to be part of a company that values inclusion, innovation, and the people behind the product. And she’s even prouder to help make it all happen, right here in Australia.
