Digital Content Management Coordinator

As we navigate an ever-evolving digital landscape, we are seeking an additional Digital Content Management Coordinator to support the execution and migration of campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role will play a key part in ensuring content accuracy, timely delivery, and seamless platform transitions. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Your Impact

As the Digital Content Management Coordinator for our B2B platforms, you will play a key role in executing digital content and campaign activity across our internal platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You’ll help bring our B2B content strategy to life by ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with cross-functional priorities. This role is central to maintaining a high-quality digital experience for our customers across multiple touchpoints.

Auckland-based and reporting to the Customer Portal Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the greater Commercial Excellence team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing SME support for planned campaigns and initiatives
  • Supporting business content and campaign planning on MyCCA/EP and SFMC
  • Monitoring campaigns and providing improvement insights
  • Supporting the execution of change management strategies to drive smooth adoption of new systems and capabilities
  • Assisting with training delivery and developing user-friendly documentation to guide business users through the transition
  • Conducting regular testing of new systems and feature releases, identifying and reporting issues to ensure business requirements are met

About You

You bring a strong analytical mindset and proven proficiency working with multiple devices, apps, and systems. Your hands-on experience with IT projects, digital B2B execution, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, combined with a solid understanding of Human-Centered Design Thinking principles, will be key to succeeding in this role.

Skills & experience required:

  • Data-driven thinker skilled at turning insights into action
  • Skilled in defining and executing Sales IT functionality, including user stories and testing
  • Experienced in stakeholder communication, workshops, and change management
  • Technically adept with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, JIRA, DevOps, and more; relevant IT qualifications are an added advantage
  • 2 years’ experience in IT projects
