We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented EQS Data and Insights Lead  to join our high-performing Equipment Services (EQS) team in East Tamaki. In this full-time role you’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence and financial accuracy across our national equipment operations.

This is a fast-paced, insights-driven role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver reporting and analysis that drives smarter operational decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau supporting business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored insights.
  • Lead monthly financial reporting, budget tracking, cost recovery, and asset performance.
  • Supporting audit and quality programs ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct analysis into fleet performance, warranty claims and supplier spend.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and stakeholder outcomes.


What you’ll bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in Financial and Operational reporting
  • Demonstrate High level of Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau (or similar tools)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
  • A qualification in Business, Finance, Analytics, or similar is a plus – but equivalent experience and a strong analytical mindset are just as valuable
  • Enjoy problem solving with a collaborative approach making you a valued team player
  • A Proactive and positive attitude with a good sense of humour
