Join the team that keeps the fizz flowing! At CCEP, we make some of Aotearoa’s most loved drinks – like Coca-Cola, L&P, and Powerade. Our Mt Wellington production team is the engine room behind it all, and right now we’ve got a role up for grabs!

Your Impact
As an Operator - Night, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly on the line - They achieve this by following strict guidelines efficiently while ensuring a continued supply of quality outgoing products with minimum wastage and downtime. To ensure the success of production we need effective team members who are committed to continuous improvement opportunities and will help contribute towards the achievement of our team objectives. Living and practicing our business values safely is essential to this role.
- Running machinery safely and efficiently
- Line start up and shutdown
- Recording info accurately
- Teaming up with others to improve how we do things
Shifts run on a set pattern(3+1), but flexibility is important – especially when it gets busy.
Night Shift Hours:
- 3+1 shift
- 6 pm to 6 am Monday to Wednesday
- 6 pm to 3 am on Thursday
About You
We’re after people who are:
- Reliable, punctual, and up for learning
- Hands on and ready to get stuck in
- Good with numbers and detail
- Strong team players and communicators
- Ideally have experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production (bonus if you’ve worked with machinery or batching systems before)
- Safety-conscious and understand food quality and hygiene standards
