About the role

As a Vending Machine Replenishment & Customer Service Specialist (known internally as a Store Activation Specialist), you’ll be the face of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) across Townsville and surrounding areas.

Your mission? To keep our world-famous beverages easily accessible, perfectly presented, and ready to refresh. You’ll visit a range of customer sites to refill and merchandise our vending machines — ensuring each one showcases our brands with pride and precision.

If you like to stay active, enjoy variety, and take ownership of your workday, this is the role for you. You’ll safely lift and move products in and out of your company vehicle, maintaining high standards of safety and service wherever you go.

You’ll bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to doing great work. You take pride in representing iconic brands that bring moments of happiness to millions every day.

You’ll also have:

• Experience in merchandising, delivery, or customer service (ideal but not essential).
• A current MR truck licence — or we can support you to obtain one.
• The ability to safely lift up to 18kg repeatedly (safety first, always).
• A self-motivated approach and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
