The role:

A Customer Service Team Leader supports Logistics customer service activities by leading the Customer Service Team, by directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

  • Degree/Advance Diploma in Commerce/Business is desirable.
  • 3 or more years’ experience in Customer Service role in FMCG environment
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Dynamix/D365
  • Managing a team.
  • Showcase good leadership skills to carry team members along
  • Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
  • Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members
  • Ability to multitask
  • Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies
  • Must be result oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
