The role:

The Executive Driver work under the guidance and direct supervision of Executive Assistant & Office Manager, the Executive Driver is someone with an in-depth knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns with strong commitment to service and discretion. Beyond the fundamental responsibility of driving, the role involves maintaining the vehicle in pristine condition, planning efficient routes to avoid delays, and providing comfortable travel experience. This role also exhibits excellent judgement, with an emphasis on prioritizing the safety of its passengers, ensuring high quality of work, with accurate and timely service delivery.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

  • A valid Class 6 driver’s license
  • Certificate in Defensive Driving
  • Grade 12 Qualification or Higher.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Driver.
  • Prior experience in Security industry would be an advantage.
  • Current PNG Traffic Rules and Regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
  • Good traffic judgement.
  • Excellent Defensive Driving skills
  • Protocol Adherence.
  • Executive Protection
  • Vehicle Safety Inspection
  • Route Planning
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Software.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
