If you're driven, passionate and ambitious, the HR Business Partner - Supply Chain & Corporate & Operations position based in LAE is the ideal role for you.
The role:
This role provides the Senior Leadership team with critical advice and support, as well as helping the Head of People & Culture drive the annual agenda and resulting business objectives. This role is to be an active member of the P&C lead team as well as the Supply Chain and Corporate (Finance, Legal, PACS, BPT and P&C) Leadership Teams. This is achieved by working closely with the Senior Leaders in each team in the successful implementation of global and local strategies as well as supporting those function in their day to day P&C tasks.
Our desired candidate:
A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- 5 years + as a Senior Advisor or Advisor
- Human Resources degree or equivalent experience.
- Good grasp of PNG employment laws.
- Microsoft Office especially Teams
- Power BI
- Experience supporting or working in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Facilitation experience
- FMCG experience desirable
- Experience utilising data to storytelling.
- Planning & Time Management
- Business writing
- PowerPoint presentations and other internal content
- Problem Solving & Reasoning Ability
