The role:
The purpose of the role is to own, manage and drive Employee salary and benefits across the company in a way that maximizes the value of the salary and benefits for the company through increased employee engagement and motivation as well as supporting the business maintain and secure top talent into the business through its application as well as meeting all legal and regulatory requirements. In addition, this role is to maintain the overall integrity of our employee data by ensuring all changes made are aligned to policy and have the appropriate level of sign off prior for the changes being made. Any changes made to our employee data must be explainable and signed off in accordance with company policies and procedures. For, Safety it ensures there is Zero harm and promote a safety culture at the workplace and also comply with and promote the requirements of the CCEP OH&S policy, and other related policies, procedures, rules and instructions.
Our desired candidate:
A well-presented, highly personable and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Human Resource/Psychology or related field of study
- Recognized Member of the PNG Human Resource Institute or CPA PNG.
- Experience in either P+C or Finance related area for a min of 5 years.
- Supervisory & Leadership Skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Experience with Attaché’ payroll
- Good Communication Skills
- Matured and assertive behavior towards work and the business as a whole.
- Prioritizing and achieving deadlines
- Ability to work as a team and effectively respond when required by other departments, regions, service providers and customers.
- Efficient in Excel.
