The role:
Supporting a dynamic and fast paced team, this specialist role is a hands-on, proactive role within the People & Culture Team. The role supports the Reward function in; Managing the day-to-day administration of information on Benefits and input of data into Attache’ Payroll & Contributing to the team priorities and deliverables
Our desired candidate:
A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Business Management/Human Resource/Psychology or related field of study
- Recognized Member of the PNG Human Resource Institute or CPA PNG.
- 2-3 years work experience in Employee Benefits & Payroll.
- Possess strong oral and written skills
- Experience in Word, Excel, Attaché’ Payroll and other applicable database programs
- Knowledge of company policies/Procedure & Benefits Package or the ability & willingness to learn
- Strong organizational Skills
- Effectively communicate with people in potentially stressed situations.
- Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
