Trade Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Trade Marketing Specialist to bring our brands to life in-store and accelerate growth across key channels.

This role sits at the heart of our commercial engine - Category vision, Channel Strategy, growth opportunities in Key customers, and best in class execution to drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute winning shopper marketing strategies, Trade channel plans aligned with commercial priorities and brands plans to drive grow both sales and market share
  • Execute in-store excellence: campaigns, displays and promotions
  • Enable the sales team with tools, materials, and insights to win in the market
  • Build strong customer relationships and tailor strategies by working closure with Insights and Category team, Field operation leads and Key account managers
  • Turn data into action: track performance, evaluate ROI, and continuously improve

What makes you a strong fit

  • 1–4 years’ experience in FMCG or similar environment
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate insights into action
  • Analytical, data-driven decision making
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Curious, always looking for better ways to win
  • Results driven and proactive
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • English and Spanish B2 level
