Logistics Manager (Neverfail) - Malaga, WA

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Logistics Manager to lead our customer service and delivery operations based in Malaga, WA on a permanent full-time basis.

This is a diverse leadership role where you'll oversee a team of Delivery Drivers, contractors and distribution partners, ensuring our products reach customers safely, efficiently and on time. You'll play a key role in driving operational performance, leading a strong safety culture and identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and commercial outcomes.

Working closely with teams across Sales, Production, Customer Service and Finance, you'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting the continued growth and success of the Neverfail business.

This role operates within a logistics environment, with typical business hours of 6:00am to 2:30pm. We recognise the importance of flexibility and offer flexibility around start and finish times to support work-life balance while meeting operational needs.

About the Role

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Delivery Drivers, contractors and distribution partners.
  • Foster a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all company policies, transport regulations and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
  • Drive operational performance through effective planning, route optimisation and resource management.
  • Set clear expectations and support your team to deliver against safety, service and financial KPIs.
  • Support delivery operations across Bunbury, Albany and Karratha, driving consistent service, safety and performance outcomes across the region.
  • Develop and execute territory and operational plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Production, Finance and Customer Service.
  • Use customer insights and market information to uncover growth opportunities and support commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage risks and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline, reporting accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We're looking for a motivated leader with experience managing operational or logistics teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer, operational and financial outcomes.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
