About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Vending Scheduler to join our Automated Retail Team (Vending) which is perfect for someone with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Based in our office in Moorabbin, Victoria. This role will act as a liaison between our customers and drivers by assembling their delivery schedules for the following days’ work, in accordance with Chain of Responsibility legislation. This is an entry level role which provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career with Coca Cola. In this role you will gain an understanding of our business as well as further develop your Customer Service skills
- Creating safe and efficient daily schedules for delivery drivers, ensuring that tight timelines are met with our warehouse team for the finalisation of loads
- Manage the scheduling of ad-hoc requests and movement of delivery resources, whilst maintaining chain of responsibility and customer communications
- Manage and action delivery driver notes to ensure an efficient delivery network
- Map out new customer accounts to the correct delivery drivers
- Ensure all processes are documented and approach your work in a way that always delivers an exceptional customer experience
About You
We are seeking an energetic candidate that has:
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Self-management, time management and organisational skills essential
- Demonstrated competency with the Microsoft Office suite
