Neverfail was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it “never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got". Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia’s #1 spring water cooler business; it’s an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future. In 2022, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in ways of working, enhancing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Sales Admin Officer is responsible for facilitating the execution of customer pricing set-up in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with CCEP guidelines and policies.
You will work closely with all teams across the Neverfail business to ensure a high level of service for external customers, being the point of escalation for issue resolution on all customer pricing data issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain accurate Sales Accounting records in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD).
- Set up and maintain records of coolers and customer data in MSD, working together with Master Data as needed.
- Maintain the Neverfail ledger for all invoicing between Neverfail Customers, Agents and National customers delivered by Agents. Ensuring the data is accurate, and timely. Analysing the results and ensuring contracts are adhered to.
- Processing insurance claims from customers, agents and the public to ensure claims are legitimate and managed through the process including liaison with CCEP Insurance team.
- Work with Sales team to execute periodic pricing initiatives as required.
- Triage any queries generated from process deviations as per SLAs and escalate where appropriate.
About You
We are looking for the following skills, experience and attributes
- 1+ year in a pricing role
- Proven ability to problem-solve independently by applying a curious mindset to investigations
- ▪ Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- ▪ Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide advise as required.
- ▪ Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ▪ Exhibits excellent customer service skills.
- ▪ Displays a continuous improvement mindset to processes and tools, to enhance and drive value for the business.
- Microsoft Dynamics (F&O) prior system experience desired but not essential. ▪
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word, with Power BI experience desirable.
