About your new role…
This is a rare gem of a role offering an elusive part time opportunity working Wednesday to Friday and partnering with a great team.
As the Senior Equipment & Parts Analyst, you will be an integral part of our National Equipment Services (EQS) Customer Service team, reporting into the EQS National Planning & Optimisation Manager.
Your role will see you supported by the National Technical Managers, Customer Service Manager and Planning & Optimisation Manager and you will plan, organise, direct, manage, and evaluate departments responsible for EQS inventory/CCEP systems and implement the associated management policies of the organisation.
This role includes the identification of opportunities for inventory operation and systems improvements with the support of ongoing systems projects with local and national teams as well as CCEP business partners.
What will you be doing?
Equipment Management
- Manage end to end of process for Channels accountable.
- Managing the Equipment planning process to ensure demand for equipment can be met with supply.
- Continuously optimizing CDE inventory to manage slow moving and obsolete equipment in warehouse.
- Reporting and analysis of demand forecast / supply trends supporting investment in new equipment and utilization of refurb.
- Manage and support supplier relationships and ensure accurate forecasting to avoid any equipment delays / excess stock coverage.
- Effective communication to enable delivery of both Sales / EQS plans and initiatives.
- Implementation and maintenance of EQS Aus wide inventory
- Management of life cycle of Equipment
- Develop end to end related collateral including project briefs, presentations, complex data analysis, benefits trackers, fishbone diagrams, process maps, value stream maps, SOPs etc
- Present and provide equipment insights for Sales Equipment S&OP
- Communicating plans and progress for reporting to leadership meetings
Planning & People Leadership
- Manage & lead sales expectation on equipment requirement.
- Embed automation across the S&OP process for equipment across new and refurbished.
- Preparation of forecasts, and evaluation of the actual impact of change and opportunities to improve.
- Manage the relationship with sales channel managers, suppliers and the Procurement team.

- Experience creating and utilising MS Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas is critical
- Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
- Experience dealing with multiple priorities
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders to form an agreed plan - excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to ensure plans are effectively communicated.
- Ability to lead and develop others.
- Ability to lead projects.
- Complex problem solving & System Analysis skills
