The role:
This role leads the translation of national marketing strategies into impactful regional activations that drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and commercial outcomes. It has a high degree of autonomy in regional execution whilst retaining a very close alighment with the National programme, priorities and strategy as outlined by the Head of Marketing and Activations Lead. As a key connector between marketing, sales, and field execution, the Regional Activation Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing trade activations, sponsorships, and events. The role also leads a regional team, manages budgets, and fosters collaborative ways of working to ensure alignment, excellence in execution, and continuous improvement across the region.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in marketing, sales or equivalent experience.
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in FCGM / marketing company or agency.
- Experience in analysing market share, availability and other distribution related reports.
- Experience in negotiating and working with vendors for POS material.
- Leadership of the marketing function within the Region.
- Management of the team – inc casual staff.
- Commercial acumen
- Budget management
- Excellence in execution
- Event management.
- Customer engagement skills
- Market and channel analytics to understand where business growth opportunities are.
- Proficient at MS Office range, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams.
