The role:

This position is responsible for leading the CCEP PNG Design Studio to create, develop, and adapt all brands graphic designs and ensuring timely and accurately implementation of campaigns in line of brand guidelines. Ensure designs are of a high quality and to brief specification.  Manage service level agreements.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Architecture, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

• 5 + years experience in a design supervisory role, managing high volume workload to high quality output standards
• FMCG experience an advantage
• Coaching staff experience
• Experience managing a budget
• Previous experience in stakeholder delivery
• Sound working knowledge on All Adobe Creative Suite Software’s mainly on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects & Premiere is mandatory.
• Experience on other visual effect and motion graphic software is a plus
• Must know basic computer applications skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point.
