Job Purpose
The CCEP Automation Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering the initial documentation of processes approved for automation.
The main focus will be to ensure projects are fit for automation, properly documented and will prepare project plans and communicate on progress.
The analyst will ensure that transactional processes are streamlined and efficient and that high quality, cost effective services and solutions are delivered by CCEP Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities
• Supports the establishment of and adherence to policies regarding automation catalog additions and changes
• Ensures that automation process accurate information
• Ensures that all automation change received have appropriate approvals
• Communicates new automations to internal and external customers where appropriate
• Supplies advice on processes to support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
• Ensures that Coca-Cola Enterprises policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
• Supports the drive to ensure that processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner
• Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements
• Ensures that reporting activities are automated where applicable
• Document each automation and add the relevant components to the automation catalog

Experience required
• Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified from a respected company or institution
• Proven success of project managing process improvement and implementation
• Minimum of 2 years working in Business Environment
Language Capability & expert level
English : essential ; one other of French, German, Spanish Dutch, Swedish or Norwegian is a plus
Education & Qualifications required
• Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems
• Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified from a respected company or institution with a minimum of 3 years of transactional Lean/Six sigma experience
• Knowledge of BluePrism, SAP, VBA, Sharepoint and other enabling technologies is a plus
